My guess would be Africa or one of the larger Caribbean islands note the tropical plants, is that bananas being carried on the RHS? Its not the UK anyway! The long straight road betokens European influence, had it been native (or Cornish for that matter!) it would bend all over the place! Perhaps it would be better to go on clothes of natives. Sorry not to be more positive but gave me pause for thought!

This appears to be a view produced by the Norddeutsche (Bremen) Mission (North German Mission) and is likely to be in Togo, Africa.
