Problems with Postcard Dealer on Delcampe

    Hello, I purchased a group of postcards from a dealer on Delcampe. I did not have a language in common with the seller so I knew I was taking a risk. Initially the dealer charged me shipping for each card separately (His shipping rate x 12) which I thought was way too much. I messaged him many times for him to send me a combined invoice so the cards would be shipped together.

    After 2 weeks, the seller finally replied and sent me an invoice. I paid right away but noticed that he never updated if he sent out the cards. After another 2 weeks, I emailed him again to see if he sent out the cards... after another run around he said that he shipped them and he is not responsible for things lost in the mail. I don't believe he ever sent them out to begin with. So being persistent I kept up with him... Now he says that the cards were returned to him because the address was incorrect.

    Before emailing me he said that he already sent it out again. This story has now changed.. he says he still has the cards but he wants me to pay shipping again for him to re-forward them to me. What do I do here? I tried contacting Delcampe but get no reply... there doesn't seem to be anything I can do but keep paying him... Is there anything on Delcampe to help me? Can I start a dispute?
