Can you make out the first word? When I enlarge the image it becomes too pixilated.
The first 2 words on the 2nd line say denkmal fur = memorial for and I suspect the first word may well be the location.

I read that as Mauthausen.
the 2nd line: Denkmal fur gestorbene Gefangene which translates Memorial for deceased prisoners.
However, doing a google image search, I find a completely different memorial.

Yes, I assume we pulled the same image up,which is a memorial for the victims of the WW2 concentration camp, whereas your card is a WW1 card.
