    Sometimes you just have to laugh,

    Purchased an item from a seller, Seller upon noticing its value cancelled the listing, With the excuses listed my mistake. No email or refund ?

    Paid with paypal so delcampe cant help, To early for paypal to help, :), So the seller keeps my money keeps the item I have paid for in good faith and I wait like a plonker …...................

    Again sometimes you just have to laugh.

    Nothing to stop the seller refunding your PayPal payment directly to you without any other intervention. I would ask them to do so, and if they don’t, report them to both Delcampe and PayPal. If it is a genuine mistake, and we all make them, then there is no reason why they shouldn’t.

    I thought it was a bit harsh leaving the seller a negative feedback. It seems he apologised for wrongly listing the item and has left you a neutral feedback to get his Delcampe fees back. Presumably you will get an automatic refund as no sale took place if the system works properly.
    As Moonstone says - we all make mistakes from time to time and so long as the buyer does not lose out all should be well.

    No email or refund, But can cancel the listing ? After discovering it was on Blued paper, No i am not happy honor the sale its simple, Or at least reach out and say look mistake made here is your refund, Move on ....

    You have the time to cancel the order but to not refund the money owed? Bollocks

    What? The sale took place, The seller had payment ? what are you saying no sale for ?, If you list an item and i find in in the listings page and buy it and pay for it how is that not a sale? What is the negative feedback option for if not for accountability?,

    Don't understand your feedback, I'm assuming the sale took place and you are owed your money back, feedback seeems to infer there was no sale! Fair enough, if you've paid and haven't been repaid then you have a right to be angry - have you checked your PayPal account in case it's sitting there waiting for you to claim it?

    Sounds like you thought you had a bargain, seeing something that the seller didn't, and they have realised their error :)

    Yes i made payment upon invoice and i thought no more of it, i come to my account this morning and noticed it had been cancelled.

    Checked paypal and no refund, Checked email no email, just a comment left on my feedback from the seller saying mistake made. That is fine i make more mistakes than most that is not my issue,

    My issue is if you are logged into your account and have already processed the cancellation why not post the refund ? It is a simple step to process paypal refunds.

    And yes from what i could see an example of 1883 sg176 GB QV in with a few low values QV. for a very low price, i could be wrong but that is what i believed it to be with a very favorable postmark date, and to have it cancelled has really ....... me off

    Reckoned there must have been something worth bothering about. Personally I would have honoured the sale but obviously your seller is different. You should still get your money back. I would suggest messaging the seller, asking for the repayment of your purchase price, and if this doesn’t work, complain to Delcampe through their mediation process.
