    I found these in my father's Israel collection. Not sure what they are. Look like some type of proof?

    They are certificates of Authenticity for the stamps, which I assume you also have. These early Israel stamps were frequently forged, hence buyers would and should require such a certificate from a (presumably) known expert to state that they were or were not genuine
