What do I do if the seller are not contacted

    Auction ended December 3 but the seller does not send an invoice but
    continues to work at auction
    I tried to open a dispute but my message is not sent:"This is not your turn to send a message. Please wait for an answer first."?How to have it to make contact?

    That's not what I asked: Did you contact the seller asking for an invoice? There's a button on the payment page to allow you to either pay or request an invoice

    The seller you refer do has this on his listings:

    "This member is currently absent or HAS Difficulties Accessing the internet . It is possible, therefore That may not he or she be ble to reply quickly."

    This explains why you have not had any reply - he is away from home or his business and is unable to reply.
