I have the same problem. I am becoming very frustrated with all the issues on Delcampe.
There doesn't seem that any solutions or answers are coming. It's too bad. I will wait just a
little while longer...this is unacceptable.

I do sympathise with the Staff, it must be a very stressful time to be working there, however the forums should be Monitored and responded to in a timely manner regardless.
My sales have followed the nosedive of most Sellers, as noted in many threads.
Time to re-activate my e$%^ account with the higher value items.

That's because items that were sold over 60 days ago cannot be refunded.
It has always been the case.
