3DSecure authentication failed

    Hello,
    I’ve used Mangopay before, but today, while trying to pay for a purchase, a message came up that “3DSecure authentication failed.”
    I called my bank to see if they were blocking Mangopay (i’m in the US and they thought it was fraudulent before) but they insisted they weren’t.
    I tried deleting my bank card and re-adding it, but got the same message.
    Any ideas what i could do?

    I just re-submitted my request (twice, it was rejected the first time, which is probably what happened the last time), and it seems to have gone through.
