All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Please ask if you require Registered Mail or Insurance. I will send an invoice within 48 hours; please contact me if you don't receive one in that time. Paypal is integrated with my listings--follow the e-wallet or 'P' Paypal links with the sale you've won to pay with Paypal. I also accept personal checks drawn on US banks in $US--use the address listed in the closed sale or send a note requesting my address.

Buyer pays shipping/handling fees: $1.75 to US address. $2.75 to rest of the world. (To my buyers in the EU, my fees are always $2.75 for shipping. Any other customs/VAT charges are not added by me and are not a part of my invoice.)

Overseas 'Registered' shipments have restrictions and are rather costly; please ask for details if interested for expensive items.
I will send a Delcampe invoice which will appear in Your Messages within two days of the close of an auction/sale unless I notice you're still bidding on other items. If paying by Paypal and you would like a Paypal Request, please let me know and I will gladly send one of those in addition to the Delcampe invoice.
