All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Shipping:
Items usually shipped within 3 working days from here in UK.
If multiple items successfully bid for they can be combined into one packet to minimise postal charges.
Postage:
UK: £1.75 (letters up to 100g); £2.20 (large letters up to 100g); £3.00 (large letters 100g to 250g)
Europe: £2.90 (letters up to 100g)
£3.35 (large letters up to 100g); £7.60 (large letters 100g to 250g)
World: £2.90 (letters up to 100g)
£4.30 (large letters up to 100g); Price above 100g depends upon country
If item(s) to be sent by registered post the extra will be at buyers cost (usually between £5.00 to £7.00 for Europe and World).
If item(s) to be sent are large in size and/or heavy the seller reserves the right to request a higher postage fee.
International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
PLEASE NOTE, SOME OF MY OTHER CLIENTS IN PARTS OF ASIA AND OF EASTERN EUROPE HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING A FEW ITEMS GOING MISSING IN THE POST. CAN I REPEAT THAT I CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH LOSSES.
