All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Stamps are guaranteed to arrive earlier than expected as we attend to the winning bids right away!
We don't list items of bad condition!!!

WE CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER?S SATISFACTION. ANY LOT FOUND TO BE MISDESCRIBED WILL BE GLADLY REFUNDED IF RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PLEASE RETURN A MISDESCRIBED LOT WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRICE PAID.

If your total purchase is greater than or exceeds $50, we will be using secure tracking priority mail for the US or register mail for international shipping. And only if its greater than $50 will we be requesting to go half and half on the shipping cost. For example:
Domestic: $4 ($8.00 split by 2)
International: $12 ($24 split by 2)
Again, for both shipping methods over $50, we will cover half of the cost. And we will request you to cover the remaining half.
If you have any further questions about the items quality or if you?d like extra scans to see the post stamp, back of stamp or other reasons, please message me and I will gladly send them over.
For domestic purchases, first class mail will be used.
For international purchases, first class or registered mail will be used.
The quality of each stamp is stated in the above description. NONE are DEFECTED or FAKE!
