All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
A full refund will be given if the item received does not match the desrcription.
If payment is made by PayPal we will not ship to Cuba, Syria, Iran, Sudan and North Korea.
Payment is expected within 2 days of purchase.
DUE TO MANY INSTANCES OF "LOST IN TRANSIT" ALL ITEMS TO CHINA WILL BE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL "INTERNATIONAL TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR"
UK BUYERS:
Items up to £50.00 in value will be sent with a certificate of postage, cost £1.35.
Items over £20.00 in value will be sent special delivery, cost £2.95
WHEN ORDERING 2 OR MORE ITEMS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 20 PENCE PER ITEM WILL BE CHARGED TO COVER ADDITIONAL POSTAGE & PACKING
OVERSEAS BUYERS (EUROPE):
Purchases up to £20.00 will be sent via ordinary airmail at £3.20. Items over £20.00 will be sent by International signed/tracked at £8.95.
WHEN ORDERING 2 OR MORE ITEMS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 20 PENCE PER ITEM WILL BE CHARGED TO COVER ADDITIONAL POSTAGE, PACKING AND INSURANCE.
OVERSEAS BUYERS (REST OF THE WORLD):
Purchases up to £20.00 will be sent via ordinary airmail at £3.50. Items over £20.00 will be sent by International signed/tracked at £9.95.
