United States, Scott #5751, used(o), 2023, American Landmarks Series Parcel Stamp, stamp is dedicated to the Florida Everglades, a 1.5-million-acre wetlands preserve on the southern tip of Florida.; essentially a grassy, slow-moving river, the Everglades is made up of coastal mangroves, sawgrass marshes, and pine flatwoods that are home to hundreds of animal species, including the Florida panther, the leatherback turtle, and the West Indian manatee, stamp shows a sawgrass marsh at sunset, in the foreground is a grove of bald cypress trees sheltering a great egret to the left and a blue heron stalking its prey to the right, beyond floats a half-submerged Florida alligator, a common feature of the Everglades; $9.65, offset lithography, serpentine die cut simulate 10½ perforations, multicolored, Scott 2019 Catalog Value: not listed, nicely centered, light, quarter circular, double-rimmed, black-inked, socked-on-the-nose corner cancel at the lower left and largely clear of the main images, good perforations, stamp was issued on non-water soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive panes, this stamp was soaked from the mailing envelope using the Bestine solvent and placed on a piece of black trimmed card stock for an attractive album mounting, centering, mounting, and largely image clear cancel warrant a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
Please review my terms of sale. If you are not ordering from the United States, there is a $US1.50 additional postage expense that needs to be added to the price of the stamp. If you are ordering from the United States, there is only a $US0.66 added postage expense. Also, if you make additional purchases from my offerings, they can all go in one mailing at no extra shipping expense for the added purchases. I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used. If not satisfied, return the stamp to me at your own expense, and I will refund the cost, but not my postage to you. If the stamp is not as described, I will refund the cost and reimburse you for postage both ways.
