Mandate small locales / Mandate postmarks (two rarities): 24 MR 21 registered cover from ACRE to MADISON, Wisconsin franked 4pia (1pia overseas letter + 1pia registered fee + 3x 6m additional 20g weight ,with 2m overcharged) using 2x Jerusalem I/Setting 1 2pia Ba22 (left stamp with partially missing Arabic overprint & short Hebrew letters - this undocumented ) tied by single strike of rare ACRE skeleton postmark (D1s2/Sacher 2/Dorf-2 rated F ) + 1 backstamped,with pale blue mute registry-label in manuscript (Sacher unlisted for Acre: similar to type 1 of Lod Junction, Petah Tiqva, Rehovot, Semakh; type 4 of Tiberias; type 3 Zefat ); backstamped same day HAIFA transit using rare HAIFA registered postmark (R2s1/D1/GD-53 rated E ; exceeds Sacher/GD last known date of use ); surface mailed: 4-15-21 NEW YORK CITY transit & arrived on 18th per violet dater on front.
