I would normally exclude countries without AirMail linkage (see below) from selling transactions. However, in case of a sudden change and/or upon buyer's consent I would ship by Sea Mail (2-3 months on the way).
I do not impose any additional charges for PayPal, handling, packing, etc.

I try my best to mark clearly in item description whether it fits or does not fit Japanese "standardized-size envelope".
