Valued APOST labels are used by the state enterprise Czech Post since 1994.

Labels APOST I. type (dimensions 68 x 40 mm) were used:
- In trial operation from June to August 1994 post offices "767 01 Kromeriz 1", "736 01 Havirov 1" and "140 00 Praha 4"
- In standard operation from September to November 1994 at 80 post offices,

Labels APOST II. type (dimensions 68 x 30 mm) are used:
- Standard operating from November 1994 to date at all post offices (all mail they were finally fitted from 2002 onwards)

Labels APOST III. type (size 60 x 25 mm) are used:
- Standard operating since June 1996 so far (so far at about 7 post office).

Name of the post office can be valuable APOST label (except temporaries) in three variants:
- Printed (black) on the computer printer directly to the post office counter (model: "270 36 Lubna Rakovníka"), a very small number of post offices inscription printed in large fonts (model: 512 37 BENECKO ")
- Printed (blue) in the printer directly in the production of labels (sample: "704 00 OSTRAVA 4"), a very small number of post offices inscription printed in small fonts (model: 530 03 Pardubice 3 ")
- Combinations of the above options. Thus, the sticker supplied with APOST already printed the name of the post office again this name printed computer printer (model: "272 05 Kladno 5 / 272 05 KLADNO 5").
