A buyers premium of 15%will be added to the hammer price of each lot and is payable by the buyer as a part of the purchase price. The G.S.T. of5%for Canadian residents and the Q.S.T. of 9.975%for Québec residents, and all applicable (HST) sales taxes will be charged, according to the law of each Province. Lots are sold to the highest bidder. In case of dispute, the decision of the auctioner will be final. Lots should be settled immediately after the sale.
