Diese gelegentlichen Ganzsachen (Postkarten) der Tschechischen Republik sind - hier bei Delcampe - direkt beim Verlag Freiwillige Vereinigung NEWSPHILA. Sie wurden bereits seit 2006 in einer limitierten Menge von 1000 Stück veröffentlicht.
Das Thema dieser Postkarten sind Jubiläen und historische Ereignisse. Jedes Jahr werden 50 bis 60 PCs ausgegeben.

Alle Sendungen werden (priority) per Einschreiben (R-) verschickt. Briefe sind Philatelie frankiert durch gelegentliche Briefmarken der Tschechischen Republik.
