Door materiaalschaarste na de oorlog is dit zinken exemplaar heel bijzonder werd gesteld.
De medaille is van een legering, die het meeste op zink lijkt. De afmeting: 30,36 mm, dikte: 2,36 mm. Evenals de Valk is het lint half wit en half oranje/geel, 25 mm breed.
