Founded in 1929, the PTS aims to promote a reliabale philatelic trade in Great Britain. Governed by a Council of 12 members elected annually, its members undertake to abide by a Code of Conduct and the Association's Articles of Association guaranteeing good morals and ethics in transactions.
Complaints and disputes between collectors, dealers and members are dealt with by the Society, which is the guarantee of integrity offered to all those dealing with PTS members whose reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism is well established.
