Np personal reference numbers

    Have just tried to send an invoice for a sale. Impossible because there is no sign of my personal reference number on the page. Without that how on earth can I find that particular item from a very large stock. This programme has the signs of being a massive disaster

    That's odd....I just sent a reminder and my personal ref no. appears just below the title. Maybe because my sale was originally invoiced on the old site?

    That is probably the reason. I have just tried again (2 sales in one day??) and it is the same. no reference number

    I have now found out where the personal reference number can be found. The process of sending an invoice seems to very complicated now. having got a sale you go to 'to be invoiced' (which is logical). you get a page with the item name and delcampe reference number and buyer details (but no image or personal reference no). you then send the invoice and as soon as you do that the drop down facility to print packing slip disappears !!. You then have to click on (my sold items ) to get an image and personal reference no. What a totally stupid idea this is. Why not get all the information required on the first page (as in the old programme.). would be a nightmare with multiple purchases . very disappointing.
