    If Delcampe removed all your auctions they will have given a reason.

    Usually it means you broke their rules.

    Though your post is not very clear because you first state you removed your auctions then imply Delcampe removed all your auctions - it can't be both!

    Maybe you can tell us why your auctions were closed before you accuse Delcampe of being Nazis! If a Moderator closed your auctions and you feel the reasons are wrong you can appeal. After all they are human and do make mistakes but no one can comment on the information you have given.

    Your items were closed because they broke Delcampe's terms and conditions. Before listing your items you should have read section 4 of the Delcampe Charter which lists what you can and can't list.

    Delcampe is a 'private' site in respect that it is owned privately and those that sign up and use its services agree to adhere to its policies whether they think they are right or wrong.

    Stating you should me allowed to list banned material because others do it is like saying you should be allowed to break speeding laws because others do it. If you think others are breaking the regulations report them. This is what happened to you - someone reported your items for breaking the rules.

    You probably caused your own demise in this respect by listing adult material in categories that were not restricted to adult items. For example I have some phonecards listed showing vintage female nudes. If I listed them under phonecards I run the risk of having them closed but because they are listed as adult items they are allowed.

    I think Miranda answered your question - only pre-1960 items are allowed and only if the other restrictions were adhered to.

    If your items are pre-1960 then I would make another listing clearly scanning where this is shown and making sure it is only in the adult category. Then you should be OK. But if you list again breaking any rules you may find your account closed.

    Someone obviously reported your items to Delcampe and they then took action. So whoever reported you will be looking closely at your items to try and report you again - probably a competitor or someone you have had a previous disgreement with.

    But note that genitalia (if shown) should be covered. Any items showing sexual practices that are likely to offend should also be covered. You can always offer your customers the option of further scans for any item they are interested in making it very clear that scans are only provided to persons over the age of 18.

    Obviously phonecards are allowed as there is a specific section for them. But only if the other rules are adhered to. This is under 'Erotic (Adults only)' in the Phonecard section.

    I have not looked at the magazine sections very closely but from what I can see there is only the men's section to list. I doubt if there is a problem listing Playboy so long as your scans do not show any nudity.

    But some of your other previous listings would be immediately closed should you re-list them because of the titles. I refer here to such items as 'Anal sex' and so on - irrespective of the scan.

    It is not to your advantage to be confrontational because Delcampe can close your listings or your account for any reason they wish as the web site is their property and they can dictate what does or does not appear on the site.

    If you make sales here then it is to your advantage to make sure your items conform to the rules. Of course if you think the rules too harsh you can go elsewhere but you will find most internet auction sites have regulations regarding 'Adult' material.
