Trouble Downoading Lister

    Try deleting any Lister Files you already have on your computer.

    If not already done download Adobe Air and update it.

    Disable any anti virus installed.

    Download Lister

    Enable your anti virus.

    If that does not work try the Help and Contact button and try and get assistance from Delcampe direct. Good luck.

    You can download the Lister at any time. But you need 'gold' membership to be able to use it for your Delcampe listings.

    However, if you have downloaded it in the past to play around with it and then deleted it - you are likely to have problems. This is because fragments of the old Lister download sometimes remain on your computer and cause the odd conflict with any new download.

    If you have done this you need to remove everything to do with the lister downloads before trying to upload again. There is a programme/tool that will help you to do this but for the life of me I cannot remember what it is. Maybe there is someone here who knows the tool/programme I refer to or knows a work round the problem. Perhaps a 'Google' search for such software will help?

    You have to delete all the old bits and bobs to do with the old download before you upload again. You can do this manually if you know what you are doing by deleting all the Delcampe entries in your computer registry - but ONLY if you know what you are doing as one mistake can prove very costly.

    There is software that you can use to do this for you but for the life of me I cannot remember what I used when I had similar problems which is why I suggested you 'google' for such a tool/software. I do remember what I used was a free download - but it is no longer on my computer. So thus I cannot be of further help unless I get a sudden burst of inspiration and remember the tool I used!

    Alternatively - if you have a detachable hard drive you can download to that and then transfer to you computer.
