    This subject has been raised before but D do not think it necessary to change the practice apparently.

    You can request Delcampe to remove unfair feedback by email via the 'help & contact' tab.

    As mentioned on other threads, a number of sellers wait up to 30 days before cancelling a sale especially over any holiday season......but that decision is entirely up to each seller.

    I'd say that two weeks is probably the minimum time to allow a buyer to pay on this site. Did you send a reminder or two?

    If you want the negative to be removed then I would suggest using the 'Raise a dispute' process. It can take a bit of time but I've always received a good result using this process.
