    a very nice guy from the german Forum told me how to do it RIGHT :rose:

    After you opened "To invoice", simply click on +more" and "Edit"

    then you can Change your message as needed

    Yes, after the initial 7 day period, I would like the opportunity to send reminders as and when I feel it is necessary.

    Sometimes if I know I am going away for a few days, I like to send reminders a few days before I go, hoping I get paid and can dispatch before I leave!.

    Reminders don't disrespect the buyer.

    Sometimes, for whatever reason buyers don't see the first invoice (don't get email?).
    Sometimes buyers just forget to pay for whatever reason.

    Quite often after sending a reminder the buyer buys more things in my shop , and then pays for everything quite quickly.
