Your point 1 has been raised many times (including by me) and D seem to have no intention of changing the system. It has always mystified me why buyers are permitted to give feedback on sales cancelled by reason of non-payment and already approved by Delcampe.

I have argued several times that a cancelled transaction means just that - it is cancelled and therefore does not exist.

I recall receiving a reply from our friend Dmitri (before Benjamin's time) that was such convoluted arrant nonsense that I gave up......

However, there is a system in place to have unfair feedback removed which I have used only once but the unfair feedback was removed reasonably quickly!

Point 2 I agree with and only accept online payments. People very occasionally pay with cash or Western Union at their own risk. I must say that I do not mind that much because it is only once or twice a year - perhaps because I live so far off the beaten track. Don't have a problem with IBAN luckily because that system is not used in Asia.

IBAN is quite popular in France and some other parts of continental Europe so I guess that will not be removed as a payment option anytime soon by a European site......

By the way - what is wrong with livestock? It's surprising what you can get for a couple of caribou out here!

Of course both are logical my friend....logical and correct in my opinion.

But since when did logic play any part in 'sane' policy? I will happily eat my words if either policy is changed.
