Do you send or not?

    In the last week I've had a couple of buyers who ignored all invoices and requests for contact and then decided to pay me after I had gone through the process of giving negative feedbacks for non payment, re-listing the items and claiming my Delcampe fees back.

    For me it is too much of an effort to reverse all this so I have simply refunded their payments explaining why.

    What do others do in such situations?

    I would do exactly what you have done then block those members so that the same situation doesn't occur again by them bidding on the re-listed items.

    Wycombe, I wait for a full month before neg fb and claiming my fees back. In my opinion that is more than ample. If a payment comes through after that length of time I refund. Wouldn't know where the items had ended up.

    I had one recently who paid after 3 months - not even a basic explanation; it actually confused me as to what the payment was.
