    Can you explain a bit more how we can reproduce the problem ? Or maybe add few pictures of it ?

    I have had the "internal server error" message twice this last week or so.

    I clicked the refresh/reload button on my browser and the correct page was displayed.

    I know it shouldn't happen, but it is a temporary solution.

    Hi -

    I just noticed that myself. My PC time is 11:20 PM, but my delcampe time on the bottom left is 10:20 PM at -5. I changed it to -4 and now it is the same.

    I thought it was -5 between upstate NY and Belgium. Is it?

    Dear Eugene,

    Your present GMT, during summer time is GMT-4, not GMT-5

    So, there is no bug on our side.

    BUT, I perfectly agree that our system should handle that automatically and work on UTC in place of GMT. I personally thought it was the case. So, we will do it, but in the meantime, you have to change to GMT-4 yourself.

    I assume you are referring to the difficulties you are having with the "Search by seller" feature? I made the exact same search as you did and I experienced no issues.

    I suspect that this issue may be related to your cache/cookies. Could you please delete your cache and cookies and try to access the page again? In order to delete your cookies and cache using Internet Explorer, you should go to "Tools > Internet options > General> Browsing history > delete".


    If this doesn't solve your difficulty, I advise you to test another Internet browser, such as Mozilla Firefox.
    You can download and install it freely by clicking on the following link: Link (http)

    I assume you are referring to the difficulties you are having with the "Search by seller" feature? I made the exact same search as you did and I experienced no issues.

    I suspect that this issue may be related to your cache/cookies. Could you please delete your cache and cookies and try to access the page again? In order to delete your cookies and cache using Internet Explorer, you should go to "Tools > Internet options > General> Browsing history > delete".


    If this doesn't solve your difficulty, I advise you to test another Internet browser, such as Mozilla Firefox.
