The Delcampe's team big meeting

My fellow members


We are well aware that lately, some questions have been arising concerning ethical and organizational matters.

As we have always tried to, one of our main purposes here on Delcampe.com is to make each single member satisfied by taking into account his needs, beliefs, morals and everything else that makes us different. For this reason, a team meeting will take place next Friday (10/21). Different matters will be discussed and optimal solutions come to light.

Without getting too much into the details, here are some of the matters which will be discussed :
- The current and coming projects
- The technical infrastructure
- The controversial items (within categories such as "militaria", "adults" among others)
- The Charter
- The rating/feedback system
- The contact between sellers and buyers on Delcampe.
- The quality and the interest of some items put on sale

If you have any constructive idea regarding one of these questions, please do not hesitate to tell about them in a concise way to any member of the Delcampe's team. He or she will take care of sharing your idea at the meeting :

We might not be able to answer to your email right away since we are currently overloaded with work but be sure none will be forgotten during the meeting.

Until then, we will be collecting all your emails and also the all information gathered during the yearly opinion poll and on the Forum under the 'positive suggestions' topic.


The solutions arising from next Friday's meeting will be put up on the Forum in order for you to give your opinion about them. We all are very determined to keep our convivial reputation which is apparently losing ground in some places due to some behaviours.
