    I am a senior stamp collector (70+) and after almost 60 years of philateli I have a large
    amount of stamps. None of my 11 grandchildren are interested so I decided to cut the amount of interests. Now comes the question, if I put them up for sale by auction which cataloque should I use as a guiide Scott michel or Gibbons ( I have the 3). When I lived in England, Gibbons was king, now I live in Israel Michel is the one and of course our friends in the Americas only know Scott. So what is one to do?

    I think in Europe the 2 wellknown general catalogues are Michel (german) and Yvert et Tellier (french). So, you could use Michel because most of the Delcampe users are european people. Excuse me for my poor english. Regards. François.
