    I have the same problem and reported it last week but so far it has not been fixed. What appears to be happening is that, instead of sorting items by the item number as it is supposed to, the sort is being done in alphabetical order, by country or whatever way you have listed your items for sale.
    I hope this gets fixed soon as it is a real pain trying to get larger orders put together
