    Hello,

    There has been time glitch. When you received the lower bid message, your listing was already closed.
    You received it at 11.19 and the listing ended at 11.15.
    I'll check with the IT department to avoid this doesn't happen again.

    Also, there is clearly no need to make the assumption you just made about our tech team.
    You are implying that either our tech guys do not work or something else which is clearly a disrespect towards the job they have.
    Please avoid writing this type of comments which are clearly unnecessary in order to resolve your situation.
