    Hi Everyone,

    Our IT department is working on this issue.
    There are some delays in having your items listed on the website. This issue affects everyone using the Delcampe Lister (it does not affect members using the selling form), we know this. No need for others to confirm that it affects them as we know it does

    This should be fixed very soon but at this stage, I cannot confirm you exactly when.

    As soon as I have more information to provide you, I will give it to you.

    Hi "Delgualter",

    No need to send your items through the selling form.
    All the items that were uploaded through the Lister will be on Delcampe, it's just a matter of time.
    I know this might be too long for you but if you upload your items now through the Selling form, you will end up with duplicates which is clearly not what you want.

    Just be a bit more patient, everything should soon be fixed.

    Hi "Delgualter",

    No need to send your items through the selling form.
    All the items that were uploaded through the Lister will be on Delcampe, it's just a matter of time.

    The problem seems to be ongoing?
    I also have a feeling that some listings uploaded yesterday have disappeared altogether but can't be 100% sure.

    Why are there so many problems with listings and notifications?

    I also have a feeling that some listings uploaded yesterday have disappeared altogether but can't be 100% sure.

    Why are there so many problems with listings and notifications?

    Hi Alan,

    We are still experiencing some issues due to the high number of items being uploaded at the same time.
    Please do not relist your items, they will appear on the website at some point.
    At this stage I cannot confirm you when but it should be before the end of the day.

    I don't have good news for the moment as over 12.000 items are stuck in our queues.
    This means that not all the items will appear today by the end of the day.

    I have created a new post on this subject and I'll give you tomorrow morning an update on the situation.

    There is some technical problem with Lister, items sent 5 hrs back from lister, yer to appear in my sales
