Invoicing problems again

    this morning a customers bought four items. I sent him an invoice for the four items and printed a delivery note with the four items shown. he received the invoice which only showed 2 items . I have tried to send another revised invoice but the 2 missing items are not shown. the 2 missing items are not shown in the section 'to be invoiced' they have disappeared. I am going to try and get round this by sending a pay pal invoice.yet another glitch in this unstable programme .

    I have had the same problem and reported it directly to Miranda. Two items bought, 1 disappeared as if by magic.
    In the interim the buyer paid for the 1 item and now, presuming Delcampe do find the sale somewhere, and the buyer could be bothered paying, I'll lose a second Paypal fee. :thumbdown: :thumbdown:

    To be fair, Miranda has emailed the buyer to explain what has happened as far as she can, but it's a complete nonsense at present.

    The missing item has just as magically reappeared in my sales as it had disappeared earlier!

    Yes, me too. the problem has resolved itself. missings items have reappeared and invoice sent correctly.
