Paypal payment not received

    I went to check outstanding payments/items to sent this morning to find that there is one item in my to be paid section, which has been marked as Paypal payment sent (see screenshot).

    Surprised to see it I hovered over the "payment received" icon which says this happened at 9 am on the 20th - i.e. nearly 24 hours ago.

    There is nothing in my Paypal account, no PP or Del notifications, so one of two things has obviously gone wrong.

    Either no payment was made and it was wrongly marked so, or payment was made, but is somehow stuck somewhere in the big www.

    I had an order marked in Delcampe as Paypal payment received.

    But when I immediately checked my Paypal account I found that the payment was actually only 'pending' in Paypal, and there was a message on Paypal saying do not send it yet!

    Payment only cleared Paypal a couple of days later.

    This did not used to happen previously on Delcampe! Previously orders were only marked as paid if the payment was fully completed, and funds were credited to my paypal. If a payment was still pending then it was still unpaid in Delcampe!

    The situation has not changed since my post.

    I get the occasional "pending payment" in Paypal (I think it happens when the buyer has insufficient funds to cover the payment and does not have a credit card linked to their PP account), but there is no evidence whatsoever of a payment, pending or cleared, in my Paypal account.

    I suppose I should contact my buyer about it and see what they have to say.
