Can not list new items on old and new sites.

    Here we go again....neither old or new sites are allowing new images to be listed.This is getting really stupid.Maybe Delcampe should hire some professional IT specialists to get this mess fixed.We are paying for the service and getting some pathetic amateurs running two sites that are not working! I am wasting my time and money here.

    I had this problem intermittently using Chrome then IE browsers even after clearing cache etc etc. I switched over to Firefox browser and all OK....still very irritating though...

    I think the problem lies in computer techs that are not on site or not capable enough to deal with issues quickly.This evolution for the past 8 months should have been done behind the scenes until the product is released.The confusion of the two sites has had obvious effects and could have been avoided.I don't think the members here should be doing the testing,like guinea pigs.

    I think the problem lies in computer techs that are not on site or not capable enough to deal with issues quickly.This evolution for the past 8 months should have been done behind the scenes until the product is released.The confusion of the two sites has had obvious effects and could have been avoided.I don't think the members here should be doing the testing,like guinea pigs.

    Yes of course you are correct in everything you say (in my opinion)...the introduction of the new site has been carried out in a very amateurish way throughout the whole needlessly long and tedious ptocess.

    But, I have to understand that different people have different standards of what is and what is not acceptable.....I heard a while back that the "boss" considered the new site to be highly acclaimed - I will book my ticket to Mars to check that out shortly.
