Can not answer questions asked by buyers

    Is it just me? I get questions from buyers and when I press the answer here bar...nothing.The listing in question shows but there is no question nor reply area.This had always worked before the new site.It is very frustrating.

    Yesterday I got a question from a buyer who used the new delcampe.
    I tried to answer him on the new Delcampe. :mad: :thumbdown:
    But of course I couldn't do so.
    I then go back to my GOOD OLD DELCAMPE, and there were no problems with my answer.
    For me this is another good reason to quit the new Delcampe.
    And better today than tomorrow, because the sales getting slower and slower for each day. :angryfire::angryfire:

    Yesterday I got a question from a buyer who used the new delcampe.
    I tried to answer him on the new Delcampe. :mad: :thumbdown:
    But of course I couldn't do so.

    You are lucky, but then you have a lot more listings than me, for me sales have completely dried up and I have lost heart even listing more stock

    I'm glad to hear sales are going up Sebastian, personally Iv sold nothing for several weeks out of 2,700+ listings after my sales peaking in August they have vanished to nothing

    I understand. The trends we look it are the global ones. But one thing we know is that regularly uploading new items is the best way to sell.

    Going back to the original topic...

    Today I received a question from a buyer. When I click on the "answer the question" button it takes me to item's listing page and it's not possible to write a reply.

    This happens on both the old and new sites.

    Until the old site will be stopped, it is necessary to manually click on the "Question (1)" tab. See picture.
