Multiple Changes - Sale Price £0.00

Was trying to carry out multiple changes on my lots to switch from Buy it Now to Auction.

Instead of changing the lots to auction format the multiple changer changed the value of several thousand recent listings to £0.00 (wiping several thousand off of my Ongoing Sales statistics).

The sales retain their list price on the New Delcampe website, but as the Sales Statistics page is 'still under construction' I don't know if it is all the sales or only some.

Have emailed Delcampe but so far no response.

Hoping a Moderator may see this message and be able to contact someone to sort this mess out!!

Anybody any ideas (that don't include closing all sales down or manually modifying several thousand lots).

Also I will not be honouring any sales at £0.00!!!

To save on customer hassles I would immediately (if not already done) put a message that all £0 sales are mistake.

I have looked at a few of your sales and the £0 price is pretty widespread amongst your listings. I'm not sure if Delcampe would be able to roll back the changes made or not but an urgent response is certainly needed as it would take a month of Sundays to revise each affected listing.

Had a deeper look into your listings and it may not be as bad as I first thought.

It appears your 1951 Coronation listings are all affected and most of your Egypt. But Australia looks unaffected as do many more of your larger country listings. If you are lucky it may only be a few hundred rather than several thousand items that have gone to zero.

Even so an urgent response is needed.

I changed all my listings the other way a day or so ago to 'Buy it Now' and that seems to have gone through smoothly - at least I hope so!

It seems to be recent listings, Fiji, Tristan etc.

They seem to be fine on the new website so I don't know if its something to do with lots synchronizing between the two sites.

Regardless, its a major issue and I'm holding Delcampe responsible.
