Unable to send reminders.'more' tag not working

    system for sending reminder invoices is non operative. Clicking on the 'more' tag does nothing at all. Been like it all morning.

    Sustem is still not working. I have not got the usual sections across the top of my page. I have to click on the list on the left hand side of page to access 'invoiced'. If I then click on 'more ' to send reminders -nothing happens .
    Has anyone else got this problem today.? No reply yet from the tech. dept.

    Sustem is still not working. I have not got the usual sections across the top of my page. I have to click on the list on the left hand side of page to access 'invoiced'. If I then click on 'more ' to send reminders -nothing happens .
    Has anyone else got this problem today.? No reply yet from the tech. dept.

    good morning. Elizabeth. the email address you provided is not working Thank you for replying. I am using Firefox, as I always have done. Problem still exists this morning . The 'more' button works on TO INVOICE AND AWAITING SHIPMENT but does not work on INVOICED. Also I am not getting the usual top line with these features. I have to access them from the list down the left hand side of page. regards. Derek
