Unable to Load pictures ; says HTTP error

    Site was working fine until a few moments ago, not it says 'HTTP error file' whenever I tried to load pictures

    I've tried with both firefox and chrome browsers.

    Its very frustrating as I have a lot to list

    Site was working fine until a few moments ago, not it says 'HTTP error file' whenever I tried to load pictures

    I have just tried one more time, but it's still the same,
    there are no image at my new listed auctions, only the text in blue,
    but when you click at this text you can see the image.
    I have now 9 auctions without an image only with the text.

    I just tried. It doesn't work when listing similar items. It only works if I use a completely new form every time. This is time consuming as I have to re-type everything :angryfire:

    I just tried. It doesn't work when listing similar items. It only works if I use a completely new form every time. This is time consuming as I have to re-type everything :angryfire:

    Yes it's the same for me, but have you tried to look at your newly listed auctions? Can you see your images?
    I can't see my images, but if I click on the blue text I can see the image.

    Can you try to look at my auctions, and tell me if you can see the images at my last 9 listed auctions?

    Good to hear, but something must be wrong, because when I go to see my own auctions at my Delcampe auction site, there are no images at my last 9 auctions.

    Good to hear, but something must be wrong, because when I go to see my own auctions at my Delcampe auction site, there are no images at my last 9 auctions.

    If you are a 'gold' member you can use the Lister and not have this problem.

    Saying that there must be problems with the image server as the Lister items are very slow to upload at the moment and the occasional item has to be re-sent as the whole listing has not gone through.

    I am surprised though that there have not been more comments about the slow upload times - maybe it is only the odd person here and there that is having problems?

    I don't like lister.

    At least the site seems to be working relatively OK today

    If you are going to list lots of items Gold membership quickly pays for itself due to the reduction in end of auction fees.

    Once you get used to the Lister you will save a great deal of time - but again only if you are going to list loads of items. You will not have to worry about page hangs, long loading times when there is heavy server demand and all the other annoyances you get when you use the single item seller form.

    The Lister has its quirks and annoyances as well - it is not perfect but a definite step up from the single item form. It probably took me a week or two to get the hang of the Lister and its foibles - now I use it all the time. But I do not use all its features - I do not store items within it or use any of its other features except those to do with listing. Once items have been uploaded I simply delete them from the Lister after ensuring they have uploaded OK. This is easy to see as all items have successfully uploaded unless there is a 'x' alongside the item. In this case just upload the crossed items again.

    I'm sure others will be along with their opinions as well.
