invoicing system failure

    Had 2 sales this evening with a request from the buyer for an invoice. Clicked on the link provided which took me to the 'to invoice 'tab. This indicated that there were no sales to invoice. !! went to the 'invoiced' section which showed that apparently an invoice had been sent(without my knowledge and no added postage) although I did not receive a confirmatory e mail from delcampe. Then went to 'more' 'see invoice' which I the amended and sent which was confirmed. If the buyer received 2 different invoices, then he must think my system is a complete shambles, whereas , as we all know, where the actual fault is .

    I don't usually bother trying the links in the emails any more, as I never know where they will take me.

    Its frustrating as a seller.
