Delcampe do not close unsold items

    Hi!

    I have noticed that for tree months Delcampa is not closing my items, which are automatically relisted for 99 times and are not sold. I presume that Delcampe is automaticaly starting new cycle of relistings without any consent of seller. I contacted the support for this problem. After one week I received initial answer, which did not contain any substance. I send more detailed explanation, but never received any answer.

    Have anyone else noticed such thing.

I presume that Delcampe is automaticaly starting new cycle of relistings without any consent of seller. I contacted the support for this problem.     If this is the case then Delcampe needs to change the relisting parameters to 'list until sold' rather than the current maximum of 99 x 7 relists.

    Yes, I have noticed this (for over several months - it seemed to start when the 'new' system got implemented) but I don't know whether the items are being automaticaly relisted or not. Items on shorter relist parameters do appear for review but the '99' option seems to have changed in some way.

    Perhaps Delcampe could clarify.

    Yes, I have noticed this (for over several months - it seemed to start when the 'new' system got implemented) but I don't know whether the items are being automaticaly relisted or not. Items on shorter relist parameters do appear for review but the '99' option seems to have changed in some way.

    Perhaps Delcampe could clarify.

    in other words: your items may run 7.5 years - way too long in my opinion

    One year would be more than sufficient.......

    Mine are 99 x 7 so a little shorter but I agree that there is a potential issue with 99 x 28.

    what's the use of having a CEMETERY of unsold items? (over 50 Millions, I guess?)

    And as usual no reaction from Delcampe, but the unsold items still are relisted without any interference from my side.

    When I can hope to some reaction. It more and more frustrating.
