Invoice message disappeared again!

    Looks like the message note is not getting picked up for repeat customers again.
    Anyone else noticed this?

    I am actually the other way round.

    As I have ditched Skrill and I have changed my selling t&c's, I want to get rid of the message, so that I can simply paste a new message in and start all over again. I cannot see a way to do it.

    My problem appears to be intermittent - some customers ok others the message has gone.

    There is no standard way to change the message across the board as far as I know. Each customer's message is in effect 'unique' which actually suits me better. The system usually picks up the last message entered for repeat customers ... but not always in my case!
