Unable to load several "national" sites

    I tried to go to Delcampe UK this morning (via the bottom of the homepage) - it would not load, but stayed on .net

    Typed the url and was looped back to .net

    I tried it for all national sites and the same problem occurs for France, Germany and Italy.

    And I forgot to say that the Delcampe.net homepage is very slow to load.

    Agree Delcampe is very slow today - no problems with other sites.

    We indeed had a critical problem (on the Primary DNS Server).

    Now fixed. Do you confirm it is ok now ?

    It is a different problem, but again a problem...

    (Things are evolving on the technical side however)

    Yes, of course. A new technical leader has been hired, to replace the previous one we stopped with, he will start in Jan. And I take myself now the management of the technical dept. However, to be honest, it may take a few weeks before a really stable situation, as deep changes are now needed.

    Yes, of course. A new technical leader has been hired, to replace the previous one we stopped with, he will start in Jan. And I take myself now the management of the technical dept. However, to be honest, it may take a few weeks before a really stable situation, as deep changes are now needed.

    That is very useful and welcome information. Thank you

    Naturally,things will take a while if you intend to make structural changes. All I (and other sellers) ask is that we are kept regularly informed. The previous system of constant platitudes and no useful information was extremely frustrating.
