Someone else images or none at all!!

    I uploaded some items today and noticed some of them appeared on the site either without the images or appeared with someone elses images!

    An example is item - 0173492540 which is a Chinese phonecard but appears with another sellers image of a Hong Kong postage stamp!

    Is this a temporary glitch? Have any other sellers been affected by this?

    I need some new glasses - my image was replaced by a Fiji stamps not a Hong Kong one.

    I have noticed some items listed even earlier - Kuwait banknotes had images missing as well. It does not affect all items only some of them but it may be worth checking, if you don't already, any items listed today to make sure the images correspond to your items.

    Just to add to this thread - I've uploaded three lots of listings today - this morning and this afternoon. While not every listing was affected a good number of them were - with other seller's postcards, phone cards and stamps.

    I am mightily unimpressed.

    Delcampe - please advise what is going on and what you are intending to do to fix the problem. If I have to fix the problem manually I would like to know soonest. :angryfire:

    Just to add to this thread - I've uploaded three lots of listings today - this morning and this afternoon. While not every listing was affected a good number of them were - with other seller's postcards, phone cards and stamps.

    I am mightily unimpressed.

    Delcampe - please advise what is going on and what you are intending to do to fix the problem. If I have to fix the problem manually I would like to know soonest. :angryfire:

    I have received the same response from Delcampe.
    I hope they have advised all the other sellers that listed today to check their listings from any inaccurate or non-existent images.

    I wouldn't have been any the wiser if Wycombe1 hadn't contacted me direct. Thanks Wycombe1.

    I have received the same response from Delcampe.
    I hope they have advised all the other sellers that listed today to check their listings from any inaccurate or non-existent images.

    I wouldn't have been any the wiser if Wycombe1 hadn't contacted me direct. Thanks Wycombe1.

    I uploaded some Japanese Phonecards a few hours ago and several uploaded with no images so, for me, the problem is still there.

    Just to add - some of my scans had been replaced by postcard images so if anyone reading this has uploaded postcard listings in the last few hours check and make sure your images show your items and not my phonecards! Out of 71 items listed about a third were affected with either no image or a replacement image. I have now corrected all my affected listings.

Out of 71 items listed about a third were affected with either no image or a replacement image. I have now corrected all my affected listings.

    I had a quick glance at the new items listed on Delcampe across several categories and noticed the problem is widespread. I don't have the time to Email the sellers noticed - at least three different postcard vendors on the few pages I looked at . This seems to be across all sites as well.

    Our technical department confirmed yesterday afternoon that the issue of replaced images should be resolved. However, there is still an issue with sales appearing without images.

    Your posts seem to indicate that you are still encountering both problems. Is this correct? Could you please provide me with a few item numbers, so I can verify your sales?

    45% of my listings haven't appeared yet after 4 hours ... bizarrely 25% appeared within minutes!
    The site is becoming so unpredictable.

    I uploaded 23 items around 5.30 of which 4 have appeared and another 26 around 9.30 of which 8 have appeared.

    Using the online form, they are instantly there.

    We see that this problem still happens (no picture, or picture replaced) today.

    It's now a day-off in Belgium, but we have called technicians to fix this problem. We consider this very seriously.

    Please, feel free to give here more details, that helps them.

    I've been uploading nice and speedily this morning, but I did another lot around 4pm and only half of them have appeared so far. Fingers cross those that appeared have the correct images.

    Btw, Wycombe, you were right about the lister - I'm used to it now and manage to progress quite speedily.
