    Is this problem unique to Delcampe or also with other sites?

    If you have a problem with other sites, then your browser is probably not accepting cookies.

    If it's only Delcampe than I don't know. I use firefox and don't have a problem.

    I have the same problem - its probably something to do with Internet Explorer. But for me it is not a major problem.

    I am well again after this summer's scare. How about yourself?

    I've just loaded internet explorer and I can't find where to change settings - sorry.

    Hopefully someone else will come along who's a bit more with it.

    Try this:

    In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
    Click the Privacy tab, and then move the slider to the level of privacy you prefer

    Anything from 'High' downwards should allow cookies to a greater or lesser degree

    I think that's where we came in...

    Just a thought, but have you tried downloading Firefox or Chrome and running it on them?

    As has been suggested, try downloading Google Chrome (or Firefox) & use instead of IE (as the password saver system rarely works properly on IE). .

    If you do this, either browser asks whether you want the password saved the first time you use it on any site. Your answer "yes" will remain the default unless or until you clear out passwords via an internal or external spyware program.

    As an afterthought.......have you checked your spyware & privacy settings on IE?

    ......haven't tried the pacemaker method of rectifying computer glitches yet......
