IMAGE from another seller at my auction

    Hi.

    This morning i listed some new items, but one of my auctions (item number 0134405135) show an image of a postcard from a German seller.

    I have sent an email to Delcampe, but don't got an answer back yet.

    If you visit this auction Link (http) you can see the image beside the image of my own cover.

    It's not the first time I've tried this, so therefore I ask all of you if some of you know anything about such a problem.

    I'll remove the image of the postcard, when I've got an answer from Delcampe.

    I found a similar problem with one of my listings this afternoon:

    Item 121798150 should be a GREAT BRITAIN 1975 Railways Presentation Pack but the title and description are from an item in Old Paper > Other & Unclassified on the French site

    Very curious, but where has my description gone?

    This happened to me once a couple of weeks ago. Coincidentally the image that was added to my listing was from the same seller.

    I simply deleted the image, but if this is happening regularly, Delcampe certainly should be made aware of it.

    I found a similar problem with one of my listings this afternoon:

    Item 121798150 should be a GREAT BRITAIN 1975 Railways Presentation Pack but the title and description are from an item in Old Paper > Other & Unclassified on the French site

    Yes something must be wrong here.
    I think, that I've got this problem with an image from another seller when I ad the image to my auction, perhaps 15 - 20 times for the last Year or so, but I use to remove the wrong image and when I then try another time, I got my own image at the auction.

    Yesterday morning I send an email to Delcampe told them about the problem, but I haven't got an answer back yet.

    As I just write in my mail above, this has happen for me 15-20 times the last Year, but I use to delete the wrong image and the next time I try to list an image I got my own image.

    But now I want to get a solution of the problems, and therefore I've sent an email to Delcampe and ask them to take a look at this problem.

    The seller in question has uploaded in excess of 10000 items yesterday - it looks like there has been an overload on the website.

    If it happens again to me, I'll make sure I send a message to Delcampe.

    Since Delcampe had me down as the 'seller' I simply cancelled the listing and relisted it

    Hi.

    Have you tried to place your own image beside the wrong image?
    It's the first time I do it that way.
    I normally use to remove the wrong image and then place my own image, but in that way we don't get a solution, because Delcampe then don't know about our problems.

    I also hope to hear from Delcampe, but it's now 60 Hours with deep silence from Delcampe, but I hope to hear from them now when the holidays is over.

    Good news.

    I've just got an email from Philippe telling me that the Delcampe technical team is working to found out what's going wrong, so let's hope that we soon will get the answer telling us that they have found out, what was going wrong.

    If I remember well you had an incident with a Star Trek character appearing on one of your sales.

    Like you, when it's happened to me I've deleted the wrong image. I think it's important though that Delcampe is aware of the problem.

    I hope they can also sort out the time issue, which still hasn't been resolved in spite of your communications with them.

    This is by far too many, should be 0 time... and our technical team is working on it. It is apparently mora a system problem (Hard Disk access) than a programming one... so we work also with our technical partners on this.

    How about the time issue outside the "Brussels time zone"?

    This still hasn't been resolved.

    May be connected, may be another issue altogether, but I've noticed one or two of my items are without images even though they have been uploaded, and not just recently either - everything has been fine until the last day or so when images have disappeared

    Sounds like we could have a little database corruption creeping in here....

    May be connected, may be another issue altogether, but I've noticed one or two of my items are without images even though they have been uploaded, and not just recently either - everything has been fine until the last day or so when images have disappeared

    Sounds like we could have a little database corruption creeping in here....

    As you can see here below it's happen for me again mat item number 0135812988

    Hi.
    I've just listed a new auction item number 0135812988, but when I uploaded my own 2 images I got the 2 images you see at my auction.
    This 2 images is from 2 different sellers of postcards.
    It's the 3rd time at the last 10 days this tings happens for me.
    I'll try to list my Nepal cover one more time, but to help the technicall team of Delcampe, I don't remove this wrong auction before in a few days.
