    I listed a number of cards this morning - over 12 hours ago. They are not yet visible in my store or in the categories I have listed them in.

    Is anyone else having the same problem?

    My stats and store numbers tally.
    However, I checked 3 categories I listed in today and in all of them the newest item was listed yesterday. I can't believe that no one has listed in any of those categories today. Something's definitely wrong.

    My stats and store numbers tally.
    However, I checked 3 categories I listed in today and in all of them the newest item was listed yesterday. I can't believe that no one has listed in any of those categories today. Something's definitely wrong.

    I think the timing is a bit suspicious - could it be because the system is busy working out sellers' accounts at the month end, and doing all those other irritating housekeeping jobs?

    What I gathered from Sebastien's post they have been "live testing" some new software, so nothing to do with end of month housekeeping.

    It's just as bad again today. Items I listed at 10.30 - 11 this morning have not yet appeared in my store.

    It looks like I am talking to myself, but it's an absolute mess again. :angryfire:

    Yesterday morning's listings still don't appear in my store and what is more, everything that ended last night (all my subject cards) have disappeared as well.

    It says I have 5000+ listings under postcards>topics, yet if you click on the link only 20+ are visible and those are the cards that I listed last week.

    Yet by doing a keyword search they "appear".

    And as usual silence from the Delcampe team. It would be nice if they could make an announcement to let us know what's going on and when things are likely to get back to normal. :help:

    It looks like I am talking to myself, but it's an absolute mess again. :angryfire:

    Yesterday morning's listings still don't appear in my store and what is more, everything that ended last night (all my subject cards) have disappeared as well.

    It says I have 5000+ listings under postcards>topics, yet if you click on the link only 20+ are visible and those are the cards that I listed last week.

    Yet by doing a keyword search they "appear".

    And as usual silence from the Delcampe team. It would be nice if they could make an announcement to let us know what's going on and when things are likely to get back to normal. :help:
