Delivery Note missing P&P

    I may have missed something here but I am struggling with why we have the new "improvements" to wallet. Amongst other things which have been covered elsewhere (inability to print packing slips when I want, inability to "unreceive" a payment when yet again a customer hasnt added postage to costs etc I cannot get the packing slip/delivery note to show the post/packing that has been paid.
    Any ideas?

    Postage in the delivery note is one of the things they've done away with.
    I too prefer to see it there.

    But why? I am now sending out a delivery note which says Total Paid, when in fact it is nothing of the sort. Cannot see as yet any benefits to the new wallet, but several deficiencies!!!:pc_user3:

    Although it may not matter too much to the private collector, but I'd say for dealers who might buy here to sell elsewhere, the p&p is a very real part of their outgoings and should be clearly shown in an invoice/delivery note.

    I have no idea why.
    Although it may not matter too much to the private collector, but I'd say for dealers who might buy here to sell elsewhere, the p&p is a very real part of their outgoings and should be clearly shown in an invoice/delivery note.

    I am a dealer but it is not for the facility of buying to sell elswhere that I need it. I send a delivery/packing note with each item sold and as such I want it to reflect the total paid by the buyer, especially as it says something along the lines of "Total Paid"? It just doesnt make sense to take it out and would hope somebody from delcampe could explain it?
    That and the problem of not being able to reset the Item Paid, (when a buyer doesnt include postage in a payment and I have to refund the total for repayment) then cannot send another request for payment anymore as the button has been removed, make the new wallet less useable than the old!

    I am a dealer but it is not for the facility of buying to sell elswhere that I need it. I send a delivery/packing note with each item sold and as such I want it to reflect the total paid by the buyer, especially as it says something along the lines of "Total Paid"?     I had about 10 invoices to print off this morning and (specially early on a MOnday morning) I found it quite irksome to have to mentally add the postage to the total to check if my buyers had paid me the correct amount.

    Also agree with all your other points.

    And I thought it was just me moaning! It all seems a bit like ebay (god forbid it ever gets that bad) of change for changes sake. If there is a major benefit I have yet to stumble across it, but then as yet I am not a major seller on here, but would hope to be. Delcampe has always for me been more time consuming on the packing/shipping paperwork side , than ebay and with these changes it appears it will be more time consuming than ever. Which as I was hoping to boost my listings (and sales) considerably is a bit of a blow and also makes me think twice!:question:

    Have you seen the "The Delcampe Website" section of the forum? Including my thread entitled "timesaving????"

    As far as speed here vs there is concerned. I used to find Delcampe much faster in all aspect, including listing and "after sales admin", but these changes have been a real slowdown. However, I only list about 10 or 20 items a year over there, so I am not very familiar with there process any more.

    But maybe it would be as well if they listened before making changes, or did some non live testing? Some way to go before they are like ebay, and long may it continue.
    Still the issue of only being able to send the payment reminder/invoice the once though, and a couple of other items!
