Very bad accessibility

    After the disaster, I am trying very hard to restore my outstanding listings as more than 300 new listings have disappeared, other lots that were already completed (and in many cases despatched) have been relisted again by you and have to be closed sometimes with new bids meanwhile on these lots (thus explanation to the new bidder that the item is already sold). In other words there is a lot of time and effort required to make everything good again.
    It is therefore very bad news that your website is again very slow or completely unaccessible from time to time: in this way I will be never able to restore my business properly. It is absolutely rubbish what is happening: all your previous stories about new servers being installed that would end the accessibility problems have proven to be fairytales.
